Payment Options

Moore Eyecare believes in the value of eye care for you and your family.  We have products and pricing to accommodate all budgets.  Our office participates in most insurance programs.  For patients who have little or no vision insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.  If we are not billing insurance for you, we offer a 20% "Time of Service" discount.  To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly.

Our office accepts cash and all major debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Don't forget to use your

All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.

Insurance

We are happy to provide insurance claim billing for your convenience. We are contracted providers for many insurances including, but not limited to: Uniform Regence, Premera, Regence Blue Shield, Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Medicare, DSHS, KPS and Cigna.  At this time, we are not participating providers for Vision Service Plan (VSP) but can help you with claim submission should you have "out-of-network" benefits.
